    I worked with BigPrinting, a UK provider of digital, litho, and large-format printing solutions serving retail, automotive, education, exhibitions, and luxury brands.

    My responsibilities included importing complex data into their e-commerce system, implementing JavaScript UI improvements, and supporting the mobile team with website API integration for their mobile application.

    The collaboration improved connectivity between web and mobile channels and made the customer experience smoother and more reliable.

    After collaborating with FileBit for over ten years, I led a major graphic redesign and implementation of their file download portal. The product lets users access downloads from multiple hosting services through a single premium account.

    This phase required advanced custom framework modifications plus extensive JavaScript and PHP work to introduce a modern interface without breaking core platform behavior. I worked closely with a back-end developer to keep front-end and back-end integration stable.

    The redesigned portal is faster to use, clearer to navigate, and better aligned with the product’s performance goals.
